1. Services Provided

  • Independent visa support and consultancy for Sri Lanka e‑Visa applications.
  • Not affiliated with the Government of Sri Lanka or any Embassy/Consulate.
  • Includes application guidance, document verification, submission assistance, and customer support.
  • Visa approval/rejection is determined solely by the Department of Immigration and Emigration.

2. Fees and Payments

  • Total fee includes government visa fee plus service/processing charges.
  • Payment must be made in full and in advance.
  • Transactions are processed via secure, SSL‑encrypted gateways.
  • Payments are non‑refundable, except in cases of direct service failure.
  • Bank charges, currency conversion, or gateway fees are the applicant’s responsibility.

3. Applicant Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information.
  • Ensure passport validity for at least six (6) months from arrival date.
  • Upload required documents in correct formats and sizes.
  • False, misleading, or incomplete information may result in rejection.

4. Processing Time and Approval

  • Processing time is determined by authorities and varies by case.
  • No guarantee of approval or issuance time.
  • Delays due to systems, technical issues, or document requests are beyond our control.
  • Applications cannot be modified or canceled after submission to authorities.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Once the application and payment are submitted, cancellations are not permitted. Refunds may be available only for direct service failure by us. No refund is issued if the visa is denied, delayed, or canceled by authorities. Where applicable, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. 6. Limitation of Liability

  • Not liable for losses/delays due to rejection or processing by authorities.
  • Not liable for applicant errors in information or documentation.
  • Not liable for technical interruptions or downtime of government/payment systems.
  • No guarantee of visa approval, travel permission, or related benefits.
  • No responsibility for indirect or consequential losses (cancellations, accommodation, flight changes).

7. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and process personal information according to our Privacy Policy. Data is used to process applications and provide services and may be shared with authorities or authorized partners solely for processing purposes.

8. Website Content and Use

Website content (text, images, logos, design) is owned by or licensed to Sri Lanka e‑Visa Services. Unauthorized use or modification is prohibited. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt services.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available on this website. Continued use indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
